Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge, with delivery times of 1–2 business days (NL) and 2–4 business days (BE) respectively. To Germany, the shipping costs are €7.95 and 2–3 business days; to the rest of the EU, €9.95 and 4–7 business days; to the United Kingdom, €9.95 and 3–5 business days; to the United States, €19.95 and 5–8 business days. Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day, if in stock or if adjustments are made, usually within 1–2 business days.

Yes, every order receives a Track & Trace code so you can track the shipment.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Exchanges are only possible in exceptional circumstances, but always only after prior consultation by email. After approval, you must return the item unworn and in its original condition within 5 business days. Shipping costs and risk are your responsibility. Muze may charge a fee for damaged or unauthorized returns.
