Hi, I'm Esther, a creative entrepreneur from Tilburg NL and founder of MUZE, a jewelry brand that focuses on asymmetrical statement earrings with the necessary glam and personalized, custom-made designs.
The Story Behind MUZE
Creativity has always played a major role in my life. Working with shapes, colors, and materials energizes me. It's a way for me to make ideas tangible and create something that didn't exist before.
I started experimenting with jewelry at my kitchen table. Not with the intention of starting a brand, but simply because designing brought me a lot of joy. As I tried different combinations of materials and shapes, I noticed I kept returning to the same thought: why does everything have to be symmetrical?
It was in asymmetry that I discovered something special. Two different shapes that together form a whole. Exciting, elegant, and just a little different. Moreover, as women, we ourselves are not perfectly symmetrical. And that's precisely what makes us unique. Why shouldn't jewelry reflect that?
That thought marked the beginning of MUZE.
I wanted to create jewelry that was different from what you see everywhere. No mass production and no standard designs, but earrings with character. Earrings that stand out without being gaudy. Pieces that not only complete an outfit but enhance it.
What began as a personal creative project slowly grew into a recognizable style. Asymmetry became my signature, and the contrast between elegance and strength became my starting point.
Today, I still design and assemble MUZE earrings myself in my studio in Tilburg.

Each set of earrings is carefully assembled in small batches.
In my designs, I work with high-quality materials such as Swarovski crystal, gemstones, and high-grade stainless steel, often finished with 18K gold plating. By combining these materials, earrings with a luxurious appearance and unique character are created.
No mass production, but designs where attention and detail remain visible.
