Returns & Exchanges Policy | MUZE Earrings
At MUZE, quality and hygiene are paramount. Because our earrings come into direct contact with the skin, they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Our earrings are not shipped sealed; therefore, we have a strict return policy.
Swap
Exchanges are only possible in exceptional circumstances and only after prior consultation via email. If you would like a different pair, please place a new order.
NB:
If you return a set without prior approval or if damage occurs during return, we reserve the right to charge you, the sender, for the costs involved.
Would you like to exchange an item? Please email esther@muze-earrings.com within 24 hours of receipt with your name , order number , and the reason for the return .
You will receive a response and instructions from us. Returns will not be accepted without confirmation from MUZE.
Return Policy & Shipping
After MUZE approves the return, you must return the item within 5 business days . The shipping costs and risk of return are the responsibility of the customer. MUZE must receive the item unworn and in its original condition within this period.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return shipment and must provide MUZE with a valid tracking number . If the package is lost during shipping, a claim can be filed with the chosen delivery service. In that case, MUZE is not liable for the loss and will not refund the amount.
If there are visible signs of use, the item will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
