Return Policy
Sometimes, something online feels different than when you hold it in your hands.
At MUZE, I want you to wear your statement with full conviction. That's why you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. This period starts on the day you receive your order.
Within these 14 days, you can indicate by email that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal via: the button above or by email: retour@muze-earrings.com
Important to know
Earrings are personal jewelry.
For hygienic reasons, all MUZE earrings are sent sealed.
Is the seal intact? Then you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
Is the seal broken? Then, unfortunately, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
This way, we protect not only you but also other MUZES.
* Personalized or custom-made jewelry is excluded from return and exchange.
Conditions for returns
A return is accepted when:
• The earrings must be unworn, undamaged, and complete.
• The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The earrings must be returned in their original packaging.
• The return shipment must be sent with Track & Trace, so the package can be tracked during shipping.
• Ensure the package is carefully and securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
• If a gift or promotional product was received with the order, it must also be returned if the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion.
Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Loss or damage during return shipping
The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer.
If a return shipment is lost or not received by MUZE, no refund can be made.
If the product has been used or damaged and its value has decreased as a result, this decrease in value may be deducted.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment.
Upon return, only the purchase amount of the returned earrings will be refunded. Any shipping costs charged with the original order will not be reimbursed.
Exchange policy
Would you prefer a different set? This is possible, provided the same conditions are met as for returns.
Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to retour@muze-earrings.com with your order number and the set you would like to receive.
Exchanges are administratively processed as a return + new order.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the new item will be shipped.
Any price differences will be settled.

Loss or damage during return shipment
The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer.
If a return shipment is lost or not received by MUZE, a refund cannot be made.
If the product is used or damaged, and its value has therefore decreased, this depreciation can be charged.
