Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes something feels different online than when you hold it in your hands.
At MUZE, I want you to wear your statement with complete confidence. That's why you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. This period begins on the day you receive your order.
Within these 14 days you can indicate by email that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal via: retour@muze-earrings.com
Important to know
Earrings are personal jewelry.
For hygienic reasons, all MUZE earrings are shipped sealed.
Is the seal intact? Then you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the seal is broken, the product unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
This way we not only protect you, but also other MUSES.
* Personalized or custom-made jewelry is excluded from returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
A return will be accepted when:
• The earrings must be unworn, undamaged and complete .
• Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order .
• The earrings must be returned in the original packaging .
• Returns must be sent with Track & Trace , so that the package can be tracked during shipping.
• Please ensure the package is carefully and securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
• If a gift or promotional product was received with the order, this must also be returned if the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Loss or damage during return
The risk of return shipment lies with the customer.
If a return shipment is lost or not received by MUZE, a refund cannot be made.
If the product has been used or damaged and has therefore reduced in value, this reduction in value can be offset.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original payment.
In the event of a return, only the purchase price of the returned earrings will be refunded. Any shipping costs charged for the original order are non-refundable.
Exchange at MUZE
Would you prefer a different set? That's possible, provided the same conditions are met as for returns.
Please send an email to retour@muze-earrings.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the set you would like to receive.
Exchanges are administratively processed as a return + new order.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the new item will be shipped.
Any price differences will be settled.
If the seal is broken, the product cannot be exchanged.
