Return Policy MUZE
MUZE earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Our earrings are not sent sealed and that is why we apply this rule.
Exchange
In exceptional circumstances, and upon prior consultation, a set can be exchanged. If you require a replacement product, you must place a new order.
If damage has been caused to the earrings upon receipt of this return, the costs may be recovered from the sender.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must send an email within 24 hours of receiving the order clearly stating your NAME, REASON and ORDER NUMBER. You should only return the order after we have responded and approved it.
Costs of returns & refund of purchase amount
If you revoke the agreement within 24 hours, the package must be returned to us within 5 days. Costs for this return are the responsibility of the customer.
Whichever method of delivery you choose, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is returned to us. We may wait with exchange until we have received the goods back. If the package is lost, you can contact the relevant delivery service. In that case, we will not refund the purchase amount. In that case, you can submit a claim to the delivery service.
If there are traces that the item has been used, the product will NOT be returned.
The item to be returned must be in the possession of MUZE within 5 working days.
