Muse jewelry is made from natural and durable materials: stainless steel/ Stainless Steel; precious stones and Swarovski crystal. Advantages of Stainless Steel: ♥ Good value for money. ♥ Durable, as it lasts super long and is also recyclable. ♥ No discoloration of the material. Advantages of Swarovski crystal: ♥ The shine is retained. ♥ Luxury appearance.
How do I keep my jewelry shiny
You would rather not have your jewelry discolored or broken. No matter what material your jewelry is made of, they get dirty and they get damaged by wearing them. Take good care of your jewelry so you can enjoy it longer. Here are some tips: ♥ Take off your jewelry before you go to sleep. The more you wear jewelry, the faster it will wear out and there is a chance that a piece will break while sleeping. ♥ Do not shower or swim with your jewelry on. Soap, chlorine and/or salt residue can be left on and in your jewelry which will eventually cause discoloration. ♥ Do not leave your jewelry in direct contact with perfume, make-up and certainly not with hairspray. This will make them dull. This is the only liquid that can discolor Stainless Steel jewelry. ♥ It is best to keep your jewelry in a dark and dry place, for example in a jewelry box. Last tip ;-) Give your jewelry a bath once in a while, just in lukewarm water with a little detergent, then gently wipe dry with a soft cloth, preferably a jewelry cloth. That will make them shine nicely again ;-).

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can pay online with us using iDEAL (online payment through your own bank), VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bancontact/Mister Cash, Paypal and Klarna. All online payments are made through Shopify's secure portal.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to every country inside Europa and almost every other country in the world.
Can I pay afterwards?
Klarna allows you to pay for your order in arrears; you only pay when you receive your order. Klarna always performs a credit check before your order is approved. This means that there is checked whether and for what amount you can make a purchase with Klarna. Muze is not responsible for this credit check. After receiving your package you have 14 days to pay the invoice. For a payment with Klarna you pay € 1.95 transaction fee. In the event of a return, these costs will not be refunded.

Returns policy

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How to return
If you want to return an item, you must send us an email in advance, clearly stating your NAME, REASON and ORDER NUMBER. You will receive a response and a return number from us, you should mention this when returning the item. CAUTION: - Earrings (due to hygiene); - Jewelry that is custom made and SALE items Can not be returned. The item to be returned must be in MUZE's possession within 7 business days. Cost of return & refund of purchase price
If you revoke the contract within 2 business days and the package is back in our possession within 7 days. Costs for this return are the responsibility of the customer. Whichever method of delivery you choose, you bear the responsibility that the package is returned to our possession. We may wait to exchange until we have received the goods back. In case the package is lost, please contact the relevant delivery service. The purchase price will not be refunded by us in that case. You can file a claim with the delivery service in this case. If there are signs that the item has been used, the product will NOT be returned.
Refund policy
We will refund you in the form of a credit to the account from which the order was placed. We do not issue refunds. Returns are processed within 5 business days.
How to Swap a Returned Product
With high exception, and always by mutual agreement, a set can sometimes be exchanged. If you want a replacement product, you must place a new order. Should there be damage to the earrings upon receipt of this return, the cost may be recovered from the shipper.
Package delayed or lost
If a package is not delivered, an investigation will be launched. This can take 2 weeks. As the recipient, you can also have an investigation started, I recommend doing the same. Depending on the outcome of DHL's investigation, MUZE will come up with an appropriate solution. It is not obvious that MUZE will refund the package or resend the product. The "problem" is equally annoying for the recipient and the sender, the delivery service is the only one to blame. If a package has been signed for, the legal condition to deliver a package has been met and you can file your claim with the relevant delivery service. If a package was delivered with track & trace and the package is lost, you can file a claim for damages with the delivery service. MUZE will assist you by supplying all the information you need. If you paid by credit card, you are often entitled to purchase protection from this payment service.

Shipping

What is the delivery time of my order?
Your order will be transferred to the delivery service within 24 hours. During busy periods (holidays) this may increase to 2-3 business days. Within the Netherlands, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days. Orders within Europe will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders outside Europe typically take around 2 weeks till delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands: Orders with a total amount above €75,- will be shipped to you free of charge. For orders of €75,- or less, shipping costs of €4,95 will be charged, including track & trace. Within Europe: Shipping costs of €6.95 will be charged, including track & trace. Outside Europe: We charge €12.95 shipment fee, including track & trace.
What happens when I'm not home for delivery
If you are not at home, the deliverer will try to leave the package with your neighbors or make a second delivery attempt (usually on the next business day)*. If you are not at home on the second delivery attempt either, the package will be taken to a nearby pickup point. You will always receive notification of this from the delivery service. *In some cases, the delivery service may take the package to a pickup point directly after the first delivery attempt. In this case, you will always receive notification from the delivery service.
I have not received my package. What should I do?
Please refer to the Track & Trace code you received for the current status of your package. If the information there is unclear or if you cannot solve the problem, please contact MUZE via order@muze-earrings.com. We can check with the delivery service where your package is located.
